Feinstein writes that only paid journalists should be given protections from
prosecution for what they say or write.
The language in her proposal is raising
concerns from First Amendment advocates because it seems to leave out bloggers

rubs me the wrong way that the government thinks it should be in the business of

appears to this commentator to wear the mantel of Liberalism to foster her
search for 'liberation' from God's seemingly restrictive rules. There are those
who will always seek – or if necessary, create the escape hatch through which
those who find God's rules too limiting can flee. Liberalism, under many
different names, has always found eager converts and is a very strong lure of
the devils. Furthermore, it appears to this commentator that Jews and/or
liberals like Feinstein choose liberalism as the clothing needed to show
they empathize with downtrodden people. They assume liberalism to be a kinder,
gentler philosophy than conservatism. This leads to the liberal's feeling
of moral superiority.
